Mantle Log

This is a White Fir blow down from a storm in 1999.
We found it laying across the creek in perfect condition. Used two snatch blocks and 100 ft of cable to raise it out of the ravine using the new dozer to pull on the cable.

Section of log on the trailer... 24 X 67 inches. Note the all important satellite dish in the background!

Unloading at the sawmill. Note the first snow of 2005.

Forklift placing it on the mill
