Comtelco UHF Yagi Evaluation

This custom mount gets the lightweight Yagi over the rain gutter

Initial tryout with the Yagi connected to a 1 Watt  426 Mhz ATV transmitter (in the grey box) lower center.
An outdoor CCTV Camera watching the driveway. A receiver/converter 300 ft away showed the image on Channel 3

Yaesu 7900 VHF/UHF control head (upper center) in the basement workshop.
Coax switch selects the Discone Antenna or the Comtelco Yagi to the radio or the PRO 106 Trunking Scanner.
This 6db gain antenna readily picked up Seattle-based police and fire trunked communications.
