This 2005 one story ranch home has three bedrooms, two baths and an office with over 1700 sq. ft, of floor space, located in the community of Cobblestone Farms.

The home has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The back yard is complete with a free-form solar and gas heated pool, covered patio, gas BBQ and lounge chairs.

A very livable house, it has an open floor plan. The master bedroom with King bed and bath is located in a separate part of house from guest bedrooms and bath. This makes it easier for couples or families to maintain some privacy.

All rooms have 10 Ft ceilings - makes for a lot roomier and spacious feeling. Our aim is not to profit from renting this house, but to cover our expenses until we can retire and enjoy it too! The Cobblestone Farms neighborhood is one of the most sought-after areas in Maricopa.

In the garage are two bicycles (and helmets) to use during your stay. Lots of wide sidewalks in this quiet neighborhood. Walk (or bike) to grocery stores and restaurants. Great shopping in Chandler and Casa Grande about 20min drive. Ak-Chin Casino 10 minutes South and within driving distance to baseball Spring Training camps. Just across the street and 5 minutes to the Duke golf course.

Pool light at night
Note the place to sit in the deep end

Maricopa is interesting in that it is just far enough away from the concrete and sprawl of Phoenix to have the feel of a small town and just close enough to go to Phoenix (1/2 hour) for anything you want to do there.

Maricopa has the feel of a new town. It was mainly agricultural until the boom times of the 2000's when the town underwent a growth spurt. Everything was built new and the older part of the town disappeared. From our subdivision, you can actually walk out into the desert.

A large park down the street.
This lake and fountains are a part of several acres of well-maintained grass.
